Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the single-use and perishable nature of our handcrafted soaps, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brittanyyssoapapothecary@gmail.com or 626-242-5033 with photos of the issue and your order number. We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only before the order has shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once processing or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

Approved refunds (for verified damage/defect) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if required).
